Took my 5 year old here. They were awesome with him. He’s been wearing his new inserts for a couple weeks now and the pain is subsiding more and more each day.

What an amazing journey I have had with Pam and John at Footwear by Design. After years of working retail and being on my feet for hours I had started to experience back and knee pain. I have seen a chiropractor for years but relief was temporary. After a consultation with Pam last February I decided to try the orthodics-what amazing results. I have little to no knee pain and posture/spine is now straight. Adjustments are made as my progress improves. Their service and care is impeccable. Thanks for improving my health and well-being.

Love my inserts! I had my first pair for 9 years and wore them all day every day before getting a new pair recently. Before Pam helped me out I was unable to walk without pain because of plantar fasciitis. Now I have been pain free for 9 years.

This is a wonderful place to purchase orthotics that not only address your foot problem, but have the intention of healing it by correcting it at its Origin with the orthotics. I have an Mortons Neuroma And plantar fasciitis. Or I should say that I did Plantar fasciitis by two changes of orthotics as my foot was healing I no longer have plantar fasciitis.

Lumbar-Fusion surgery L3-L5 . Post gait stability deteriorated . Good friend recommended Footwear by Design . Following Pamela’s orthotics , “walking stability” on my iPhone Health App has gone from very low to ok . Pamala is extremely compassionate about her work , very knowledgeable , personable . I would recommend her to any one !!!

I have been coming to Dr Pam for my orthotics since 2014. At first I came for my daughter with special needs. Dr Pam fixed her right up with custom orthotics, a badly needed lift and good athletic shoes, boots and sandals. My daughter no longer has hip and back pain! Dr Pam really did an amazing job getting her walking comfortably! When I saw how great this worked for my daughter I tried it for myself. Wow! What a difference custom orthotics have made for my life. I was 60 yrs old, 30 lbs overweight and had hip and back pain that I thought would never go away. With my new orthotics, I started walking. I started with one mile, then two and up. I started speed walking and walked several 5Ks, 10Ks, 15Ks and finally a Half Marathon in under 3 hours. What next? Last month I hiked the 82 mile Wicklow Way in Ireland’s Wicklow Mountains over 8 days. This never could have happened without the custom orthotics that Dr Pam made for me. I had no back or hip pain. My feet feel great!! Thank you, Pam for the great work you do keeping my daughter and me walking strong! You are a blessing! I couldn’t have done this without you!

Great service! Pamela was so kind, the exam was very informative and she was able to take care of me. She help right away, even though the studio was not open for the day. I felt so much better on my feet right away. Thank you, Pamela!
